Add Tori to your site
The recommended way to add Tori is with <tori-popup>. It gives visitors a launcher button and opens the chat UI when they need help.

The popup sits on top of your page and opens when visitors need help.
How can I help?
By default, the popup starts closed, appears in the bottom-right corner, and opens fullscreen on small screens.
Use the dashboard snippet
In normal setups, copy the snippet from the Tori dashboard. It will already contain your real app ID and agent ID.
Use the examples in these docs when you want to understand or customize what that snippet does.
Inline chatbox
You can also put a chatbox directly inside a page. This is useful for a dedicated support page, onboarding step, or internal tool where chat should be part of the layout.

Unlike the popup, the chatbox needs an explicit width and height.
